Resignation now
For 14 consecutive days, Albanian students have faced tear gas, pressurised water cannons, rubber bullets and unlawful detentions in front of the Ministry of Education and the Prime Minister's office. This platform is a public archive of facts and a call for political accountability.
The page loads nothing from other servers, so your browser does not tell anyone else you visited. No analytics, no cookies, no access logs.
We do not store your IP address and, when you choose initials, not your full name. Photos and videos are cleaned of EXIF and GPS before they are saved.
Anti-AKEP protocol
AKEP operates under government control and can seize or block any Albanian domain within minutes without a court decision. That is why this site uses a .org domain: AKEP has no authority over .org domains, and the server is kept in a secure location.
Sign the petition for resignation
To safeguard students against academic retaliation and administrative blacklisting, no national ID number or full surname is requested.
What we keep
- The pseudonym or initials, and the city. Faculty, role and testimony only if you fill them in, and only moderators see them.
- A keyed hash of the IP address, only to stop automated signing. It is deleted after 2 days and is not linked to any signature.
- We do not store a full name when you choose initials, nor an email, nor an ID number.

Chronicle of violence against students (14 days)

Do you have photos or video of the violence?

Repeal of corrupt fees and of the higher-education law

Access & safety
AKEP and internet providers can block a site without a court decision. These are steps you can take yourself, without us, and what we promise.
- No analytics, no trackers, no outside services on the page.
- IP addresses are not stored. Files are cleaned of EXIF and GPS before saving.
- No access logs for this site.
- We do not promise absolute anonymity: the site passes through Cloudflare, which sees visitors' IP addresses. If your risk is high, use Tor Browser.
Bypassing censorship for demonstrators
If the site will not open on Vodafone, One or ALBtelecom:Blocks are often done through DNS. Set Cloudflare's encrypted DNS (DoH) or open the 1.1.1.1 app. It does not help if the IP address itself is blocked.
A VPN hides from your internet provider which sites you open. The VPN company sees your traffic instead, so choose one with a proven record, such as Mullvad or Proton VPN.
Tor Browser hides your location from us and from your internet provider. It is slower, but it is the safest way to send evidence.
If cell towers near the Prime Minister's office are cut, students can coordinate offline with Briar (Android) over Bluetooth or local Wi-Fi, with no internet.
